Tales of the Traveling Guitar and Friends
My husband and oldest son have been off on a trip to visit my father-in-law. Checking on how he is doing and have some hiking adventures while they are there. Plus a friend lent my husband his little Taylor guitar to take on the trip. The guitar almost did not go, but it ended up joining the adventure after all.
And so much fun it has been on. There are photos of John and the little guitar at all their hiking spots. It has taken quite a tour of Northern Washington. Little towns, waterfalls, lakes, diners...every location might be the spot to get the perfect photo. People are asking-- is this for a record cover? Maybe it should be. If not, it has all the pieces to start a little book. This Taylor Travels with a Friend.
In the mean time, we wait for each new photo to show up in our social media feed. Where did they go today? Some days they had to wait for the rain to stop before bringing it out to shoot. But the last few days have been nice, just cold.
Today they are actually coming back home. Maybe a few more shots to say goodbye to the great North West. Then pack it up and head to the airport. Thanks Dave for sharing your guitar. I think it made this trip have an extra bit of fun added to it. Maybe more adventures ahead.
