Love and Family
My dad fell the other day after a shower. He lay on the floor for a long time before his wife heard him. He actually did not end up being hurt from falling which is amazing considering he is 94 going on 95.
He did end up in the hospital where they figured out he had pneumonia. Oh my. Yesterday he was not looking great. He looked every moment of his age and I thought of all the time I had missed making opportunities to hang out with him. Too busy.
After I got home yesterday I wrote a post on FaceBook and asked people to pray for him or send positive thoughts.
Today he looked so much better. He ate breakfast and I fed him soup for lunch and then he had a good nap. I heard that he actually got up for Physical Therapy this afternoon and walked around. Way to go dad.
